Later, after studying Art History at Tel Aviv University in Israel, Orly searched for a way to return to movement. She discovered Pilates in 1998 with well-known teacher, Lisa Silviera and fell in love at first lesson. After becoming certified in the mat work through Power Pilates, Orly studied and apprenticed with Kirstin deFrees for comprehensive certification. Orlyʼs Pilates practice is informed and inspired by her own life experiences, like dance and motherhood, and she aims to help her clients find their own sources of inner strength to transform their bodies and lives.

Leslie Homans first came to Pilates as a client seeking relief for low back issues. Her personal practice spanned early motherhood, earning an MBA, building a marketing career and active involvement in sports including tennis, windsurfing, skiing and cycling. Her own studio, Core Matters, soon followed where she worked until joining EBF in the Fall of 2010. Over the years she has furthered her training through many PMA sponsored workhops, in-depth anatomy training at FAMI and will earn her Masters Certification from The Pilates Center of Boulder in May 2011.
